The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is a spectacular festival for us Nomsters. Last year we had such a terrific time eating and drinking and doing food demos we went back the entire weekend!
This year we had such an incredible experience! We got to do a moonshine tasting and mixology class from Troy and Sons. We also met the founder afterward at a meet-and-greet and she signed our bottle, keeper!
At the World Showcase, we tasted foods from some new/revamped Marketplace Booths. Booths such as Austrailia, Canada, Florida Local, Hops and Barley, Germany, and Ireland. There were so many new foods and drinks this year it’s hard to remember all them! We did though manage to jot down a select few extraordinary dishes.
- Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup
- Coq au Vin sur Gratin de Macaroni (France)
- Steamed Mussels (Belgium)
- Troy and Sons Moonshine Whiskey
We ended our night at Germany’s Beir Garden sipping on yet another beir flight. For the record, the Brewer’s Collection Flight #2 is the best flight!
It’s such a joy going to Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. We hope everyone gets to enjoy the foods and drinks.
